Weston Lake - Open banks and crystal clear waters teeming with fly life offering great fly fishing for anglers of all abilities.
Weston Fishery offers three lakes fed by spring water totalling 6 acres, with plenty of bank space and open back cast area, and all with a good average depth.
All of the lakes are dedicated to rainbow trout: Main and the lower Millhouse lake; the uppermost Weston Pool offers nymph and dry sport for targeting selected rainbows. The water clarity and purity is excellent.
An average weight of 2lb 8oz for rainbows is enhanced by a good proportion of larger fish stocked well into double figures. The adjacent Tillingbourne river offers Office beat alongside the lower lake, with remaining beats here as part of the Albury Park Syndicate further upstream.
There is abundant fly life at Weston.
The lakes are rich in buzzer, olive, damsel, sedge, whilst the river has helped to seed an excellent mayfly hatch.
The lakes are stocked up to four times a week.
Facilities – fishing hut, toilet.
